These terms cover your use of zslawncare.org and the services provided by Z's Lawn Care ("we," "us," or "our") of Carlisle, Pennsylvania. By using this website or hiring us, you agree to them.

What we do

We provide landscaping and property maintenance services in Carlisle and Central Pennsylvania, including landscape design and construction, hardscaping and retaining walls, drainage, grading and excavation, commercial lawn care, and snow removal.

Quotes

• Quotes are free and carry no obligation.
• A quote describes the work, the price, and any assumptions it is based on. If conditions on site turn out to be materially different, we will tell you before doing extra work or charging more.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless the quote says otherwise.

Scheduling and weather

Landscaping depends on the weather. If rain, ground conditions, or safety push a job back, we will let you know and reschedule promptly. Recurring services such as mowing resume on the next practical visit.

Payment

• Invoices are due within 30 days unless your contract says otherwise.
• Recurring contracts are billed as agreed in the contract, either per visit, monthly, or spread across the year.
• Larger projects may require a deposit before work begins, stated in the quote.

Your property

• Please tell us about anything on the property we should know: irrigation lines, invisible fences, septic systems, gates, pets, and access instructions.
• We call for utility marking where digging requires it.
• If we damage something through our own fault, tell us promptly and we will make it right.

Text messages

If you opt in on our quote form or in writing, we send service and, separately and only with your permission, promotional text messages from (717) 609-4552. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of getting a quote or hiring us. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Full details are in our Privacy Policy, including our commitment that mobile opt-in information is never shared with third parties for marketing.

You must be 18 years or older to opt in to text messages. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Website use

• The content on this site, including photos of our work, belongs to Z's Lawn Care. Do not reuse it without permission.
• Do not use our quote form to send spam, abusive content, or information about other people without their consent.

Liability

We carry appropriate insurance and stand behind our work. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Pennsylvania law does not allow us to limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.

Changes

If we update these terms we will change the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site or our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
