This Privacy Policy explains how Z's Lawn Care ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information you give us. It applies to zslawncare.org and to the phone calls, text messages, and emails we exchange with you.
Who we are
Z's Lawn Care is a landscaping and property maintenance company serving Carlisle and Central Pennsylvania. We provide landscape design and construction, hardscaping and retaining walls, drainage, grading and excavation, commercial mowing, and snow removal.

What we collect
We only collect what we need to quote and perform work:
- Contact details you enter in our quote form or give us by phone: your name, phone number, and email address.
- Job details such as your property address, the type of work you are asking about, and any notes you send us.
- Communication records, meaning the calls, texts, and emails between us, so we have an accurate history of your job.
We do not collect payment card numbers through this website.
How we use it
- To prepare and send you a quote.
- To schedule, perform, and follow up on work.
- To send appointment confirmations, reminders, and service updates.
- To send invoices and handle billing questions.
- To answer questions you send us.
SMS text messaging
If you give us permission, we send text messages from (717) 609-4552. There are two separate kinds of messages and you choose each one independently:
- Service messages. Quote follow-ups, appointment confirmations and reminders, crew arrival notices, and billing notifications about work you have asked about or booked.
- Promotional messages. Seasonal offers, service reminders, and occasional updates. This is entirely optional.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You never have to agree to text messages to get a quote or hire us. You can always reach us by phone or email instead.
Message frequency varies based on your job and what you have agreed to receive. Service messages generally arrive only when something is happening with your job.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's charges are your responsibility.
To stop messages, reply STOP to any text and we will not text you again. For help, reply HELP or call us at (717) 462-3976.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that operate our systems on our behalf, such as our website host and our customer management and messaging platform. They may only use the information to provide those services to us.
- Subcontractors when a job requires a specialist, and only the details needed to do the work.
- Authorities if the law requires it.
As stated above, mobile opt-in data and text message consent are never shared for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep customer and job records as long as needed to serve you and to meet tax and legal requirements. If you ask us to delete your information and we are not required to keep it, we will.
Cookies and tracking
Our website does not use advertising cookies or sell browsing data. Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) to keep the site running and secure. If we add analytics tools in the future, they will be used only to understand how visitors use the site, and this policy will be updated. You can set your browser to block or delete cookies at any time.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to end text messages.
- Ask us to unsubscribe you from promotional email.
- Ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing zs.lawncare@aol.com.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
